Can ido video chatting from PC to mobile through internet in Nokia N95 ?

i want to do video chatting through nokia n95 mobile to another Pc in internet without connecting the mobile to any device for my project.Can i that using Kizmo software? Is it worth buying a N95 for this purpose.
